Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the production process.
- Identify and resolve quality issues and non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve processes.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and audits.
- Proven experience in industrial quality assurance or a similar role.
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies-ISO 9001 Standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Ensures all quality practices are performed according to the quality manual; keeps manual updated.
- Ensures safety issues related to QA are identified and appropriate action taken to eliminate/reduce safety hazards.
- Updates GM and PM on a regular basis and as situations occur as to the status of quality issues.
- Conduct thorough inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
- Collect and analyze research data related to product quality and performance.
- Implement and maintain quality management systems to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in fabrication processes.
- Ensure compliance throughout the manufacturing process.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.
- Participate in internal audits and assist in the preparation for external audits related to quality systems.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality inspection techniques and best practices.
