Responsibilities
Job responsibilities:
- Analyze and enhance existing electrical systems within manufacturing processes to improve operational efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement techniques to identify and resolve electrical bottlenecks and failure points, reducing waste and improving workflow.
- Conduct root cause analysis on electrical production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions that minimize production disruptions.
- Develop, update, and maintain electrical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, equipment specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for electrical installations and safety protocols.
- Provide electrical installation and process training to production staff, ensuring that employees are well-versed in safe electrical practices and proper system installation.
- Promote and ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and protocols, fostering a "safety first" culture across all electrical systems.
- Assist in the selection, installation, and improvement of electrical systems, ensuring alignment with overall production and quality goals.
