Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on structural steel components according to blueprints and specifications.
- Set up welding equipment, including adjusting settings for different materials and thicknesses.
- Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards through proper inspections and testing.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Operate grinders, torches, and other fabrication tools as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines.
