- Familiarity with engineering blueprints, schematics, and CAD/CAM software.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and stoop as needed.
- Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Prior experience in a fabrication or machine shop is preferred.
- Experience with Flo Water machines, MultiCam CNC routers, and Full Spectrum Laser machines is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to speak and understand English.

Responsibilities
- Setup, program, and operate various machines, including Multicam routers, Flo waterjets, and Full Spectrum laser cutting tables.
- Identify materials for cutting and ensure accuracy according to blueprints and work orders.
- Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments to inspect cut products.
- Maintain equipment and keep the workspace clean and organized.
- Work efficiently and safely to meet production deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members and assist co-workers when needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
