My client is looking for a Print Production Operator. Here you will be performing pre press,print production, graphic design and cutting machines. They supports a multitude of product lines including, broshures, books, business cards, promotional signs, banners, marketing and more. Responsibilities



Prepress:

• Design & Layout: The creation of the design using software like Adobe InDesign or Illustrator.
• Proofing: Checking for design errors, color accuracy, and typography.
• Preflight: Ensuring files are in the correct format for printing, with proper color profiles and resolution.

Design: 

• Utilize design software to create promotional concepts for magents, store fronts, and more

Printing:

• Press Setup: The printer is prepared with the correct settings and materials (paper, ink, etc.).
• Printing Process: The actual printing happens here, using methods such as offset printing, digital printing, or screen printing.

Post-Press:

• Cutting: Trimming printed sheets to the required size.
• Binding: Assembling printed materials into their final form (e.g., books, brochures, magazines).
• Finishing: Additional steps like laminating, embossing, or foil stamping for special effects.

Quality Control:

• Checking for consistency in color, alignment, and finish quality.
