Responsibilities
As a skilled CNC Technician joining our manufacturing team, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC routers, laser engraving machines, and Haas mills to produce high-quality parts. This position offers the opportunity to combine craftsmanship with technology—programming using G-code, operating machines, monitoring quality, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from setup to completion. You will play a vital role in driving production efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards, all while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

With hands-on expertise in Fusion 360 and CAD software, you excel at both programming and operating cutting-edge equipment. Your precision is unmatched, whether you’re using the machine’s native operating system to make accurate components or fine-tuning machine performance to achieve perfection. You take pride in producing exceptional work in dynamic environments. Organized, safety-conscious, adaptable, you approach challenges with confidence and bring tenacity and precision to every task and detail.
