Responsibilities

This position is responsible for setting up, running and maintaining a fiber laser cutting system. This position will be trained to operate and maintain a computer-controlled fiber
laser cutting system

 Operate Fiber Laser CNC Machine & Turret Punch Press.
 Load and unload large sheets of metal
 Offload and shake out completed metal parts
 Deburr and package completed metal parts
 Maintain timely production schedules
 Learn to adjust equipment settings based on type of material and material
thickness
 Review setup instructions and part specifications to determine setup procedures
 Measure completed parts for quality assurance



Work Environment – Production facility is not environmentally controlled.  During the summer, operator is exposed to temperatures exceeding 95 degrees on a regular basis.
