What You’ll Do: ✅ Troubleshoot and repair automated industrial systems ✅ Install and maintain electrical conduit, utility lines, and power distribution ✅ Read and analyze blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings ✅ Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime ✅ Maintain building systems, including boilers, hydraulics, and pneumatics ✅ Log all work in the maintenance system and follow safety protocols
⚙️ What You Bring: Extensive experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Ability to diagnose complex equipment issues and make necessary repairs Familiarity with OSHA regulations, safety policies, and PPE compliance High school diploma/GED + 2 years of industrial maintenance experience Must provide own tools

Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated industrial equipment.
- Installation & Maintenance: Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery and building systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute and uphold a robust preventive maintenance program to maximize uptime.
- Building Maintenance: Handle facility upkeep and address any repair needs promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Stay compliant with OSHA standards, company policies, and safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Utility Efficiency: Assist in initiatives to reduce utilities usage, manage waste, and adhere to environmental standards.
- Work Orders: Complete all work orders accurately and efficiently, and maintain detailed maintenance records.
- Equipment Analysis: Analyze machinery and equipment, and determine needed repairs.
- Technical Skills: Use blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide repairs and installations.
- Utility Line Installation: Set up and maintain utility lines (steam, water, condensate, air, gas, etc.), with skills in soldering, pipe threading, and conduit work.
- Equipment Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance, with extensive troubleshooting skills and electrical knowledge.
- Physical Ability: Able to meet work standards and perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
- Safety Commitment: Completion of all required safety training and adherence to company safety policies.
