Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to expert for a designated production area, offering technical guidance and support.
- Direct and oversee production operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to performance goals.
- Establish and uphold production standards while monitoring throughput and operational effectiveness.
- Organize, assign, and adjust work schedules to align with production targets and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve challenges related to scheduling, quality, equipment setup, and process transitions.
- Conduct regular quality checks on in-process work and promptly address any concerns or discrepancies.
- Configure, program, operate, and supervise production machinery to maintain workflow continuity.
- Assess, refine, and document both new and existing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and output quality.
- Implement strategies to optimize safety, reduce waste, control costs, and drive overall process improvements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime, enhance resource efficiency, and elevate product quality.
- Background in electronics manufacturing, specifically in circuit board assembly and cable harness production.
- Understanding of the unique requirements of electronic components, soldering, and wiring processes.
- Experience optimizing production for electronic assembly to ensure precision and reliability.
