Responsibilities
- Electrical Systems Knowledge – Understanding of wiring, circuits, control panels, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Mechanical Systems Expertise – Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and pumps.
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance – Ability to inspect, service, and proactively maintain equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- HVAC & Plumbing – Basic knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems in an industrial setting.
- Blueprint & Schematic Reading – Ability to interpret engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.
- PLC & Automation – Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), automation systems, and troubleshooting industrial controls.
- Welding & Fabrication – Basic welding (MIG, TIG, or stick) and metal fabrication for repairs and modifications.
- OSHA & Workplace Safety
- Material Handling Equipment – Experience with forklifts, cranes, conveyors, and other material movement systems.
- CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) – Proficiency in maintenance tracking software for work orders and asset management.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostic Skills – Ability to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues quickly.
- Teamwork & Communication, Time Management and Adaptability & Continuous Learning.
