We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the production process within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will manage and lead staff, create shift schedules, ensure high-quality standards are consistently met, and monitor production efficiency. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, assigning tasks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to enhance production flow. As a Production Supervisor, you will ensure deadlines are met while adhering to company policies and safety regulations.

salary: $37,440 - $43,680 per year
