Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities within the assigned zone.
- Lead and support a team of production associates to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Monitor production output and troubleshoot equipment or process issues.
- Train and coach team members to improve efficiency and skill development.
- Assist in scheduling, workforce planning, and material flow management.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred).
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience, with leadership responsibilities preferred.
- Problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot production machinery.
- Effective communication and team-building skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems a plus).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a standing position for extended periods.
