Responsibilities

• Operate and Manage Industrial Machines:
  • Work with large industrial machines, specifically the Mailer Machine, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Experience Requirements:
  • Bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with large industrial machines, preferably within the plastics industry.
  • Experience as a Lead Operator is a plus but not mandatory; candidates with this background will have opportunities for quicker advancement.
• Enhance Production Capabilities:
  • Demonstrate the ability to exceed current employees' experience and productivity levels, contributing to the growth and efficiency of the production team.
• Commitment to Overtime:
  • Be open and available for overtime as needed; candidates unwilling to commit to overtime should not apply.
• Long-Term Potential:
  • This position has the potential to be long-term for individuals who show high productivity and commitment.
