Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at a leading automotive manufacturing company in Frankfort, KY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment. Automotive industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Work with PLC-controlled systems and perform basic programming adjustments.
- Assist in installing, upgrading, and modifying machinery.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and follow safety protocols.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment efficiency.
salary: $58,240 - $63,000 per year

Responsibilities
1. Assures all contractors work safely in accordance with all pertinent laws and internal policies and
procedures.
2. Collaborates closely with Engineering to design and fabricate equipment modifications to
facilitate repairs, improve safety and /or enhance performance
3. Updates Maintenance software daily to report down time and status of work orders
4. Participates in the EH&S and Kaizen projects and teams including risk assessments
5. Troubleshoot machine problems with safety and production
6. Responsible for facility maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fleet vehicles
7. Performs PM’s and equipment repair as required
8. Reports daily activities and manages work order system
9. Tracks down time using maintenance software system
10. On call for emergency assistance as needed
11. Provide safety training to outside contractors and employees (fire extguishers and lock out/ tag
out)
12. Assist, as needed, production to train operators on TPM’s set ups and change overs of machines
