Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory using NetSuite and manage ADI systems for accuracy.
- Supervise receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while ensuring warehouse efficiency.
- Optimize FedEx, USPS, and other carrier logistics for timely, cost-effective deliveries.
- Manage eCommerce fulfillment, ensuring accurate and prompt order processing.
- Lead and train warehouse staff, fostering a productive team environment.
- Utilize bilingual (English & Spanish) communication to coordinate with teams and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations, enforcing workplace protocols.
- Oversee order fulfillment and customer service, addressing issues as needed.
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite and ADI to boost efficiency.
- Monitor budget and control warehouse-related expenses.
