- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a production environment, preferably in a USDA-regulated industry.
- Knowledge of USDA regulations, food safety standards, and quality assurance procedures.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate production teams effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the production team to ensure all production goals and quality standards are met.
- Enforce adherence to USDA regulations and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of production processes and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Review production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts during production issues and resolve problems effectively.
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to production employees to improve performance and safety practices.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for quality control, safety audits, and USDA inspections.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement process improvements and streamline operations.
- Address any non-conformance issues and ensure corrective actions are taken to meet USDA guidelines.
