Responsibilities
- Materials Management: Oversee inventory levels, procurement, and distribution of raw materials and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Food Safety Compliance: Ensure all materials and processes meet food safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Work with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- KPI Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency, cost savings, and quality assurance.
- Problem-Solving & Innovation: Identify inefficiencies and develop creative solutions to enhance productivity and workflow.
- Independent Work Ethic: Take initiative, manage multiple projects, and make data-driven decisions with minimal supervision.
- bilingual Communication: Serve as a liaison between English- and Spanish-speaking teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
