Randstad is looking for experienced CNC Machine Operators to interview with a client in Hopkinsville, KY. Candidates will need to have experience with operation of CNC Machinery, CNC Programming and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. salary: $20 - $20.01 per hour

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Inspect and adjust machinery to specification, according to process.
• Realign machine, change tooling, and adjust offsets.
• Recognize quality defects and collaborate with team to troubleshoot machine and part issues.
• Transfer manufacturing parts from one location to another via walking, ability to go up and down steps, and stand for 8 hours.
• strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
• Proficient in blueprint reading and using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
• Experience with CNC programming and operation is a plus.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and ensuring quality control
• Math skills for accurate measurements and calculations in machining tasks

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
