We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker/Packer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing products according to customer orders, ensuring each item is handled with care and correctly prepared for shipment. You will also assist with inventory management, help maintain a clean and organized work environment, and support overall warehouse operations. Responsibilities

• Picking Orders: Accurately selecting products from shelves according to customer orders, ensuring the correct quantity and item.
• Packing Orders: Carefully packing products in boxes or containers, ensuring proper labeling and protecting items from damage.
• Inventory Management: Assisting in maintaining accurate inventory by checking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Preparing Shipments: Organizing and preparing items for shipment by labeling packages and ensuring the correct shipping information is applied.
• Quality Control: Inspecting items for damage or defects before packing and ensuring orders are complete and accurate.
• Loading and Unloading: Assisting in loading and unloading shipments from trucks and into warehouse storage.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe, adhering to warehouse safety protocols.

The essential functions of this role include:
