We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC machining programs for precision manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have experience with G-code, CAD/CAM software, and blueprint interpretation to ensure efficient and accurate production. Responsibilities include programming CNC machines, setting up tooling and machine parameters, optimizing machining processes, and ensuring quality control. problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with engineers and machinists are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Programming – Develop CNC machine programs using "G-code" AND "CAM" software.
• Blueprint Interpretation – Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, AND "CAD" designs.
• Toolpath Optimization – Create efficient toolpaths to maximize machine performance AND minimize waste.
• Machine Setup – Configure "CNC" machines, select tools, and adjust machine parameters.
• Troubleshooting – Diagnose AND resolve programming, tooling, AND machining issues.
• Quality Control – Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet specifications AND tolerances.
• Maintenance – Monitor machine performance and recommend maintenance as needed.
• Collaboration – Work with engineers, machinists, AND production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Documentation – Maintain records of programs, setup instructions, and revisions.
• Safety Compliance – Follow workplace safety regulations AND best practices for "CNC"
