Responsibilities

• Coordinate with shipping vendors to secure cost-effective rates and correct shipping documents for domestic and international orders.
• Assist manufacturing staff with proper packing of shipments.
• Use customer portals to obtain and process required shipping documentation.
• Track and document all outgoing shipments accurately.
• Work with the VP of Manufacturing to manage vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure certifications.
• Receive and log items in QuickBooks, performing required receipt inspections.
• Maintain supplier performance records in collaboration with the Quality Officer.
• Keep calibration records up to date.
• Upload and manage documentation in customer portals.
