About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Louisville, KY on 1st shift. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery, tooling attachments, and facility systems to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair a wide variety of machines, tooling attachments, and accessories.
- Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
- Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure workplace safety.
- Conduct minor building repairs, including plumbing, lighting, and structural maintenance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Perform welding, fabrication, and machining as needed for equipment modifications and repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements.
- Work collaboratively with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company policies.
