Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components and subassemblies with precision, following detailed technical diagrams, schematics, and written instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform soldering and other assembly techniques with attention to detail, guaranteeing that each product meets our high standards for quality and functionality.
- Conduct thorough testing and inspection of all assembled components, rigorously evaluating them to ensure they meet both technical specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electronic devices and systems, providing timely feedback to the engineering team to drive continuous improvement in both product design and assembly processes.
- Document and maintain precise records of assembly procedures, testing results, and inventory to support efficient workflow and ensure traceability.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to actively identify areas for improvement in assembly processes and contribute to ongoing efforts to enhance product quality and efficiency.
