Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery used in the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient and safe production.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections on finished products, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machines in optimal working condition, including cleaning and lubricating equipment.
- Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs when needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Load and unload materials from machines and handle finished products as required.
- Track and document production metrics, including machine performance and downtime.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and address any issues promptly.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend ways to increase efficiency.
