We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair activities in our manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the plant's machinery, equipment, and systems are operating efficiently and safely. As a leader in the maintenance team, you will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are adhered to. Responsibilities

• Assist with the oversight of the maintenance operations using predictive and preventative maintenance to maximize plant and production equipment uptime
• Assisting the Maintenance Manager with coaching and leadership to ensure adherence to preferred maintenance practices to maximize efficiency and safety
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including federal and/or state required environmental systems, OSHA Safety and Health rules, fire and electrical safety codes and manuals, and standard operating procedures
• Ability to plan and provide instructions to all maintenance work activities associated with maintenance work orders and planned maintenance functions including daily, weekend and/or regular PMs
• Regularly inspect equipment/machine to help identify mechanical/electrical issues with the team to maximize capacity of the machine
• Utilize, maintain and maximize the MVP system
• Must be willing to work flexible schedule
