As a Welder, you'll play a key role in creating high-quality, durable products that our clients rely on. You’ll work on a variety of materials, including aluminum, steel, and more, using welding techniques such as MIG and TIG. No two days will be the same — your creativity and expertise will help bring complex blueprints to life! This position is Direct Hire!  Who We’re Looking For:

• A skilled welder with experience in aluminum and steel welding
• Familiarity with MIG, and TIG techniques
• A passion for precision and craftsmanship
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• CWI certification (Certified Welding Inspector) is REQUIRED. 
• Previous experience welding aluminum and steel as well as grinding/fabricating is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Perform aluminum and steel welding using techniques such as MIG, TIG
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to determine the requirements and specifications of the welds.
• Material Preparation: Cut, fit, and prepare materials by grinding, sanding, or cleaning metal surfaces before welding.
• Inspection and Quality Control: Inspect welded joints for strength, quality, and conformity to specifications. Perform tests, such as visual or ultrasonic, to ensure weld integrity.

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 10 hours at one time

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends
