salary: $47,000 - $68,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Determine fuse and wire size requirements for motors, as well as, size thermal overloads for all brands of motor
starting equipment
• Determine the circuit protection and feeder size requirements and for a general-purpose lighting transformer
• Train helpers while performing tasks
• Work on air conditioning equipment
• Completely fill out maintenance work orders MWO’s
• Ability to estimate time to complete jobs
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Fill in for the Lead Electrician when necessary
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including covering weekends and call-outs
• Complete Site-Specific forms
• Perform New Task Training and identify training needs
• Good communication skills
• Ensure safety policies are followed by others
• Read and interpret operation, installation, maintenance manuals, etc.
• Read and interpret Engineering drawings such as PID’s



The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 12 hours at one time
