You’ll play a vital part in ensuring that our facilities and equipment remain in top-notch condition, keeping everything running efficiently and safely.
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be working across two locations (St. Augustine and Jacksonville), handling everything from machinery repairs to plumbing, electrical systems, and general handyman tasks. Whether it’s fixing a leaky pipe or performing routine maintenance, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping things in working order.
salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines, equipment, and facilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Handle general handyman tasks, including painting, carpentry, and building upkeep.
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety standards are met.
Travel between job sites as needed to provide maintenance support.
