Responsibilities
What qualifications and skills do I need to be successful?
- Mechanical & Troubleshooting Skills – strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain machinery using hand tools.
- Physical Capability – Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently (occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance), stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Work Environment Adaptability – Comfortable working in noisy, dusty, hot, humid, or wet conditions, with exposure to chemicals, solvents, and moving mechanical parts.
- Reliability & Education – High school diploma or equivalent with a strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and exemplary attendance.
- 1st (7 am to 3 pm), 2nd ( 3pm to 11pm) or 3rd (11pm to 7am)
