Major Medical Manufacturig Company in New Britain, CT is looking for Production Associates.   As a production associate, you will be working with medical parts in a clean room environment. Job duties will include: visual inspection under a microscope, assembly, using machines to make parts, following written instructions and more. Due to the nature of this role, excellent attention to detail & dexterity are needed. This position will also require a mixture of sitting/standing throughout the 12 hour shift. Regular work hours are 7am-7pm (rotating schedule 4 days on/ 3 days on) -- training hours will be on 1st shift (7am-330pm M-F). This is a clean room environment so all workers must be able to follow PPE guidelines (hair net/ beard net, lab coat, no jewelry, no nailpolish/acrylics). All PPE is provided by the client.

salary: $18.19 - $18.2 per hour
