Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks
- Ensure equipment is operating at optimal performance
- Document repairs and maintenance activities
- Work safely and follow all safety protocols
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities
- Operate with a “Safety First” mindset.
- Achieves allocated work priorities to meet time, thus minimizing production down time.
- Ensure the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on all equipment.
- Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation listening for problems, using precision measuring and testing equipment.
- Removes any defective parts by dismantling the devices using the proper tools and inspecting the parts for wearing, replacing, or reinstalling new part and test equipment for proper operation.
- Control downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques.
- Fabricates repair parts by using maintenance shop instrumentation and equipment.
- Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by check stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed equipment, parts and supplies and informing supervisor or equipment, parts and supplies needed.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
- Maintain 5s standards within the shop and parts area.
- Knowledge of CMMS in order to manage work orders.
- Ability to work in and around all weather conditions.
- Understanding of LOTO procedures
- Must have knowledge of Hand Tools
- Need to have mechanical knowledge of pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Must have the ability to troubleshoot single and three phase power.
