3rd shift production supervisor.

We are looking for a leader to help out on our 3rd Shift. Job Title  PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Location  SANTA ANA Department(s)  PRODUCTION Reporting to  BAKERY DIRECTOR Key Accountabilities Assists the Bakery Director by ensuring the smooth operation of production on their assigned shift, as well ensure the food safety and quality for all foods produced.

salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 9 PM - 5 AM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
 Trains, develops and oversees production staff. Conducts regular on-time performance
appraisals and gives continuous performance feedback and corrective/disciplinary actions,
when appropriate.
 Ensures that food and GMP practices are followed and employees are handling the
manufacturing of food in conformance with regulations and company standards.
 Ensures pre-requisite programs for food safety are in compliance.
 Assists with the planning, direction and coordination of the production process to ensure a
continuous flow of quality food that meet or exceed all requirements of the customer,
company and regulatory agencies.
 Assists Bakery manager with fulfilment of daily production requirements.
 Communicates with Bakery manager prior to the start of each shift.
 Ensures a safe and sanitary facility that meets or exceeds all requirements of the customer,
company and regulatory agencies

 Encourages and maintains effective communications in all areas and between all levels
within the bakery.
 Promotes positive employee relations through effective conflict management and issue
resolution.
 Supports the company by following policies and procedures and modeling behaviors for
others to learn from.
