Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Reach Forklift Operator to join our team at our customer. As a key member of our clients warehouse and logistics team, you will play an essential role in ensuring the efficient operation of our clients warehouse. Your responsibilities will span across receiving and inspecting goods, organizing storage, and assisting with inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate a stand-up reach forklift to move, store, and retrieve materials in the warehouse.
- Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming goods, verify quantities, and inspect items for damages or discrepancies. Compare against shipping documents and report any damages.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, track stock levels, and ensure the accuracy of warehouse data. Maintain accurate records of product movement in the system.
- Goods Storage and Removal: Organize and optimize storage areas to ensure efficient use of warehouse space. Safely remove goods for shipping or redistribution.
- Assembling Deliveries: Prepare orders by assembling, packaging, and labeling them according to shipping requirements.
