Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO, GMP, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer specifications.
- Team Leadership & Training:
- Supervise and mentor quality inspectors and technicians.
- Provide training on quality procedures and best practices.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development.
- Inspection & Testing:
- Oversee incoming material inspections, in-process checks, and final product testing.
- Develop and implement quality control methods to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure proper documentation of quality records and test results.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, TS16949, etc.).
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
