The Manufacturing Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality control processes within the manufacturing facility. This role ensures that all products meet internal and external quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. The supervisor will lead a team of quality technicians and work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Compliance:
  
  
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO, GMP, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer specifications.
• Team Leadership & Training:
  
  
  • Supervise and mentor quality inspectors and technicians.
  • Provide training on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development.
• Inspection & Testing:
  
  
  • Oversee incoming material inspections, in-process checks, and final product testing.
  • Develop and implement quality control methods to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure proper documentation of quality records and test results.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, TS16949, etc.).
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
