Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and wire electrical components and systems according to detailed blueprints and schematics
- Solder, crimp, and connect wiring with precision and accuracy
- Perform measurements and use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records and follow strict safety and quality control standards
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to meet production goals
- Experience in electrical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing or defense environment
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
- strong soldering and wiring skills (certification is a plus)
- Ability to work with small components and tools with high attention to detail
- Knowledge of military and defense industry standards is advantageous
