- Proven experience as an embroidery specialist or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of embroidery machines and software.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Creative mindset with the ability to execute designs based on customer needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic machine maintenance.
- Experience with multi-needle embroidery machines.
- Knowledge of fabric types and their compatibility with embroidery.
- Ability to create custom digitized designs for embroidery.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain embroidery machines to produce custom designs on apparel and other fabrics.
- Review customer orders and design specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Select appropriate threads, materials, and designs for each project.
- Monitor the embroidery process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines, including troubleshooting and making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Communicate with customers to understand their design preferences and provide recommendations when necessary.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Must be able to communicate in English
