Responsibilities
✅ Assist in managing the quality assurance program, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
✅ Oversee inspection processes, including first-piece, in-process, and final product inspections.
✅ Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation to resolve quality issues.
✅ Maintain and update quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and reports.
✅ Assist with ISO compliance and other regulatory requirements.
✅ Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Train and mentor quality inspectors and production staff on best practices.
