- Machine Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Inspect and Test Equipment:
- Inspect machines, tools, and equipment before and after setup to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Conduct tests to ensure proper functioning and correct settings.
- Adjust Settings and Parameters:
- Adjust machine settings and parameters to meet production requirements and specifications.
- Ensure that machines are operating efficiently and producing quality products.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure that products meet quality standards by monitoring production during setup and making necessary adjustments.
- Identify potential issues early in the process to avoid defects in the final product.
