Our client, a global leader in manufacturing and technology solutions, is seeking a Parts Order Management Advisor to join our team and ensure a seamless order process from placement to fulfillment. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding service parts, order status, and shipping details.
• Process customer orders, custom quotes, and applications accurately and promptly.
• Check inventory levels and confirm product availability.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain up-to-date order history.
• Resolve order discrepancies, billing inquiries, and returns/exchanges.
• Provide feedback on process efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Participate in training to stay updated on products and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3-5 years of customer support or client service experience.
• strong phone communication and active listening skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and order processing software.
• Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory software (SAGE).
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
