Randstad is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate with forklift and hoist operation skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling materials, loading/unloading shipments, and organizing inventory while ensuring a safe and efficient warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to operate heavy equipment confidently. THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE ROLE! Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

 Perform all warehouse tasks including, but not limited to, pick, pack, ship, receive, put away, cycle count, and
audit all inventory
 Load and unload trailers in timely manner
 Inventory cycle count per schedule or as needed
 Maintain a clean and organized workspace, which includes, but not limited to proper placement of inventory
 Maintain a safe work environment
 Make sure all safety guidelines while operating a forklift or other equipment
 Maintain accurate paperwork for inventory control, including shipping/receiving paperwork
 Other duties as assigned
