Responsibilities
- Responsible for inspecting and testing systems using specialized diagnostic tools to identify faults and malfunctions, then communicating the findings for repair. Helping customers with repairs and troubleshooting.
- Technical knowledge: understanding of automotive systems, including engine mechanics, electrical circuits, and computer networks.
- Diagnostic tool proficiency: Expertise in operating various diagnostic scanners and specialized tools.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex data and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Attention to detail: Meticulous observation skills to identify minor issues and accurately interpret diagnostic information.
- Communication skills: Clearly explaining technical findings to mechanics and customers
