We’re seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of 18-wheelers in Greer, SC. If you have a passion for diesel engines, take pride in quality work, and enjoy solving mechanical challenges, we want to hear from you! ✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of diesel mechanic experience (18-wheeler experience preferred).
• Knowledge of diesel engines, air brakes, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and reading schematics.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various positions.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

salary: $56,160 - $93,600 per year

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines in 18-wheelers, including transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Perform regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and safety checks.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and other routine services.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Collaborate with drivers and fleet managers to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.

The essential functions of this role include:
