We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including inventory management, shipping/receiving, and forklift operation. You will be an essential part of our operations, ensuring products are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.

salary: $35,360 - $37,440 per year

Responsibilities

• Track, count, and organize inventory, ensuring accuracy in stock levels. Perform regular cycle counts and assist with periodic inventory audits.
• Load and unload shipments, inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and accuracy. Prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
• Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and goods within the warehouse. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
• Move materials, supplies, and finished products throughout the warehouse. Stack, store, and organize items to maximize space and ensure easy access.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, reporting any hazards or unsafe practices immediately.
• Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of goods.
