Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual and CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders, etc.).
- Create and modify tools, dies, and molds for various manufacturing applications.
- Perform measurements, inspections, and adjustments to ensure quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems with machines and tooling.
- Use Mastercam for CNC programming (experience preferred but not required).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain and care for tools, dies, and equipment in good working condition.
- Proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker, with both manual and CNC machining experience.
- Experience with CNC programming, Mastercam a plus.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
