Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders
- Lead and train a team of warehouse associates to ensure productivity and accuracy
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper stock management
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
- Ensure a safe and organized warehouse environment by enforcing company policies and safety procedures
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any logistical issues
- Assist in improving warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
