- Proven experience in assembly and soldering, especially with electronic components.
- Ability to read and follow technical documentation such as assembly instructions and schematics.
- manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and testing methods for assembled products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience with soldering (especially surface mount) is essential.

Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components, ensuring all parts meet specifications.
- Perform soldering of both through-hole and surface mount components.
- Inspect and test finished assemblies for quality and functionality.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
- Use hand tools and soldering equipment with precision to ensure the integrity of components.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Perform additional duties as required by the production team.
