Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth workflows and efficiency.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring products are stored, tracked, and organized accurately.
• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, procurement) to meet operational demands.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse safety and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., OSHA).
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems and technologies.
• Perform regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Develop and enforce warehouse procedures for receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Manage warehouse equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safe operation.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, including performance metrics and stock levels.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage practices to maximize space and improve efficiency.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns related to warehouse operations.
• Monitor budget and control costs associated with warehouse activities.
