We are seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator to join a growing team on 1st shift (Monday-Friday). This role involves fabricating precision metal components, performing TIG & MIG welding, and operating CNC and manual machinery such as press brakes, Bridgeports, and lathes. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and GD&T to fabricate and assemble components.
• Perform custom fabrication and production sheet metal work to meet industry standards.
• Operate and maintain fabrication equipment, ensuring high-quality production.
• Assist with final assembly and collaborate with Quality Assurance to meet ISO standards.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in metal fabrication or a related field.
• Proficiency in TIG & MIG welding and advanced metalworking techniques.
• Experience in aerospace, energy, or medical industries preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
