We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Assembler with 15+ years in machinery or mechanical assembly. The ideal candidate has strong blueprint reading skills, expertise in operating lathes, presses, and drills, and a solid understanding of GD&T. Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret detailed technical documents to accurately assemble complex machinery and components.
• Operate specialized tools and machinery, including press brakes and lathes, to execute precise assembly work.
• Oversee machinery build projects, ensuring all specifications and deadlines are met.
• Conduct both mechanical and basic electrical assembly tasks as necessary.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members to enhance overall efficiency.
• Work closely with management and production teams to uphold ISO and quality control standards.
• Diagnose and assist with equipment maintenance to optimize assembly operations.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in machinery or mechanical assembly.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, ISO standards, and quality assurance.
• Preferred background in aerospace, manufacturing, or energy industries.
