Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks for receiving product, and as needed.
- Follow procedures for receiving product from approved suppliers, and complete appropriate paperwork correctly.
- Properly identify the outside material with the correct lot number, store it properly as instructed by the Plant Manager, and keep the area clean and organized.
- Wash and stack pallets neatly to be used for the palletizing of the product inside.
- Complete all required documents correctly and follow document control procedures.
- Operate the forklift and loader in a safe an efficient manner.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Bi-Annually/Yearly cleaning duties as assigned in the outside batching cleaning log, and the plant cleaning log.
- Make batches in the Soda and Acid tanks: Prepare the formula by following the amounts prescribed by the Plant Manager and mix them in the appropriate batch tanks.
- Keep the forklifts and loader clean, park in appropriate area for overnight storage, and keep tanks full.
- Mix Raw Tartrates well to allow for thorough drying.
- Operate the foaming machine
